Saw this on the news last night. The professor is having trouble finding the funding to proceed. No mention was made of the DNR or legacy tax funding.
to this guy. He feels he has an answer and doesn’t want to wait around for the politics of it, so seeking it out elsewhere. $60000, doesn’t seem like much of anything would be leftover for himself, just doing it for the cause. Hope some rich snoozer gives him some.

Unfortunately it works the other way too. When the invasive penetrated the inner city where I lived and threw up their speakers I got the he// out of there too
