    Venison, Spam, Beef……
    Gonna be a fun time.
Last years winners are not sure if they will be here to defend the title….(Farmer 1st place (on the right) Danny (on the left) 2nd place)
All are welcome to stop by, side dishes are welcome too.
    See ya there,
    Kari and Steve

George the Lock Operator from L&D #3 is Judge #1
Ido’s own Chirp is Judge #2
And Steve of Everts is Judge #3

    They all take cash bribes.

I predict the Spam Chili will take 1st place$$.

Not to give away too many secrets before the contest, but do you marinate, or just season your snake? Just wondering what really brings out that snake flavor.

YYYUUMMM Snake is very good eating some of the whitest meat you will ever see, very sweet with just a little texture to it. Used to hunt Water Moccasins and eat a lot of snake when I lived in Georgia.

Funny, anytime I see snake “meat” it’s red.
