I wanted to say thanks to everyone who launched here on Saturday. For those of you wondering, I had 124 boats here!! Everyone seemed to get in and out quickly with the four ramps being used. I didn’t see anyone cussing anybody out for taking too much time or anything like that. Most people only had to wait a matter of minutes to get in in the morning. Thanks for helping everything go smoothly guys! Anyone have any suggestions/comments on the day? Thanks.

On a side note. Be aware that the new WI license’s are needed starting tomorrow. If at all possible, get them before the weekend to avoid waiting in line!

You’ve got the place running like a swiss watch. Both Friday and Saturday you had 100+ boats and everything went smooth, slick, quick. Absolutely no wait time for me either day and I launched arount that 7 AM ‘prime time’ both days.

    Hey Steve,

Today wasn’t as busy, by any stretch of the imagination. Pretty slow on the river today. We fished up by the dam for awhile, and I counted 12 boats, including mine and the rookies. We took some nice sauger, and some small walleyes. We then travelled down to the high bridge, and fished the Wisc. side, and took only one fish. I have to say that today was one of the coldest days in the last month when fishing the river. That wind is brutal, and the weatherman said that it was suppose to be up to 39 degrees today, HE LIED!!!!!! There was ice on the front of my boat when I came in to load up. I have to compliment you on a well run operation, you do a great job.

    Steve,

I owe you a debt of gratitude as well! I guided both Friday and Saturday, and got in and out in a hurry. Both sets of customers commented on how nice it was “Down there”. Neither had any idea Evert’s existed. Now they are going to be regulars.

    Thanks again!

    Tuck
