NAVIGATING THROUGH LOCKS

    Relocating to to the Mississippi River for recreation can someone tell me whats the general procedure for going through locks. Do barges come first?,can you phone ahead? Average time scenarios etc. Thank you. HYBES

    Hey Der HYBES – The barges have the right-of-way in all incidenses. The other questions go to the Corps web site
