I was at the top and bottom of the pool Saturday. The Dresbach dam is wide open with water 5-6 feet up. No real noticeable “dead-heads” or debris. The Spill-way at Reno was at the edge with some water(very little) cascading the spillway.

IF…. they ever do get pool 8 drawndown I wonder if their efforts to re-establish weed growth will be succesful. Over the years I’ve noticed that after a prolonged period of high water when the water goes down the weed growth does not always occur. I think certain weeds have a growing season and if it is after that time period they will not grow. This is just my opinion though. I guess I hope the people who are making these decisions with our river are informed and not just sitting behind a desk.
