Spent Sat. and Sun. near Lansing and had great luck, alot of 15-18 inch fish. Drifting willow cats and crawlers early and switching to trolling in the afternoon produced the best results. From the Lansing bridge to Desota Bay fish were caught. Great two days of fishing!

It is still fairly dirty as of Tuesday and last night there was some serious rain up that way so I don’t see it clearing up anytime soon..

I am still optimistic. Usually I can still get a few. You just fish a little tighter to your structure. We might need to get back into the sloughs up by Desoto. I am shoving off in 4 hours. See you next week.
