I like to know different forage species as much as possible to up my catch rate.I started using crayfish at the anoka dam.I found out that a fresh dead crayfish would get good smallie catches as well as big carp.occasionally caught bullheads.I would like to know more about there habits.I have found them in very shallow water in the spring under big rocks. I have caught them in 8 to 10 feet of water in eddies in the summer,on crawlers.I have had dead suckers pecked to shreds by them when still fishing cats.

I would like to know what all they eat,how far they travel. To riveratt;”how they cook”(what they use for pans, heat and seasoning.ha ha).It would be nice to know if they ever change colors or shades ,and at what age or season.I would like to know if they reproduce on land, water,or both..Any kinda info would be helpful.Thanx
