cold springs landing

    With the low water I was wondering if anyone knows how challenging it is to get out to the channel from the cold springs landing. Planning on finally hitting pool 9 this week for the first time and this is the closest landing to me

    I am not from down there so I can’t say but I know that the MWC World Walleye Championship is running this weekend on pools 9 & 10 out of Prairie du Chien. If you get out good luck and stick some fall piggies,preferably right in front or beside some of the tournament boats , because I know what it feels like when it happens to me :

    You should be good to go at the cold springs landing. I have seen several boats using net landing recently
    .. and yes there is a tournament there’s a lot of Walleye boats in town already

    thanks guys, they can have them walleyes this weekend, I’m looking to get 1 or 2 more bass flings in yet!
