We are coming up to Lake City the first week of September for our annual White Bass trip. problem is that I haven’t read anything at all about them on the lake. Has anyone caught them or seen them busting the surface? I’d sure like to get into a bunch of them and have some fun for a while.
Last week I accidentally got into them in the shallows over on Deer Island one evening. Minnows were flying everywhere. Just look for the seagulls and follow them. 
They are on a tear out in front of Pepin down to the foot of the lake.
Saw them busting the water at the opening to the Pepin Marina the other night.
Thanks for the responses. With all of the negative posts on fishing I was just wondering if anything was biting.
