For pools on the Upper Miss, is there such a thing as “normal Pool” or “full pool” which means the body of water is at a normal water surface elevation? On most lakes in the Southeast they have a certain water level where they say the reservoir is at full pool. Looking at this NOAA graph from Lock and Dam 2, if the river stage is zero, the river would be really really low right?
