We got out on the lake a little late, fished from 2-9:30. We headed straight for the Hok Si La area and caught a couple smaller eyes, with some even smaller saugers. We fished from about 6-12 fow. We couldnt get a bite a little deeper, but another boat came right by were we were and pulled out a 25.5 in eye. Then went by Stockholm but it was very difficult to control the boat over there so we never had much of a chance. Went back over to the landing and struggled for a bit until we did some shore fishing after a nice fellow was nice enough to share some ideas on shorefishing. Ended up picking up a norhtern, couple decent smallies, and a 14.5 inch walleye.. again. We ended up with 5 14 inch walleyes, some decent smallmouth, and a small northern. Lookin at the possibility of coming back tomorrow for some shore fishing, if anyone has a tip or two for that, thatd be great.
