Is Harbor bar open during the winter? Or is there another place one can go to get a bite to eat and possibly warm up some?

With dock space available, likely the best place on the upper end is Mr. Sippi. I heard there’s an envelope there if you would like to contribute to the WI Back Channel fund.

Harbor has the same dock space and a full Jamaican menu of course.

If you want delivery to some place on the water, say by Levee park or in Baypoint at the landing, Liberty’s Restaurant will bring almost any food you want… 651-388-8877

The Harbor is a good bet too if you want to get inside for a bit.

Wouldn’t it be awesome to have a grill on the shore by the dam? Brats, burgers, hot onions, a pan of beans…

I need to second Liberty’s in downtown RW.
Very nice menu, and I’ve never been disappointed.

Mr.Sippi is a bar on the NW corner of Hwy 63 and Wi Channel. It’s directly across from Wi Channel landing.

There are private slips there and there may be hourly tie-ups.

The menu isn’t exactly gourmet, but it’ll get you thru lunch. They used to have a grill menu, not sure currently.

I think you mean the “Bluffs” bar and grill.

When Shooter’s working it could be called the Cliff.

Mr. Sippi has pizza only and a cooler that has snacks in it like beef/cheese sticks ect.

Great warm up spot. Might even find some fishing info if your timing is right.
