EZ guides for bunk trailer

    I am considering adding the easy guides (plastic added to the bunks) so that the boat will slide off easier. Has one had experience with these or similar products. Are they worth it?

    If you have a glass boat, forget them. Get a can of silicone spray and coat the bunks with a liberal amount of the stuff.

    WARNING: Do not unhook the boat until the trailer is over water. The boat will slide off very easily. Even better than an old roller trailer I once owned.

    I second Jon J’s response. Have the nylon pads for all 3 of my rigs and wouldn’t go without them.
