    Hougie, it’s going to be interesting to see if they can draw down Pool 8 and keep it there with all the rain we have gotten lately. I have a feeling they’re not going to be able to pull it off.

    It will take quite a while for the drawdown to take effect with all the water coming and the river rising like it is. This will be interesting.

    yeah… how do you draw something down when as I hear it the gates are wide open on lots of pools….
