If I remember correctly, the Hastings ramp will be 1 lane all summer, they plan on rebuilding it after the boating season. Expect delays especially on weekends, once the weather cooperates.

Lots of parking, just a pain in the arse with no dock and only one lane open.

Be careful!!! I believe the ramp or lane to use is the one closest to town. Last time I saw the ramp before the water came up, there was a concrete divider 3-4 feet tall on the (upstream) Lock side. That may or may not be underwater still. They are replacing the ramp at the end of the season this year.

Last fall i launched there during the flood alot but come to think of it the cement baracades were put in after that. I kinda liked the nice harbored asphalt ramp, now it will have an added prop hazard. You think it will be that busy? If you drive your boat on be careful. last year i watched some joker grind his prop right into the pavement. Not sure what he was thinkin.
