    We should be, but at the mercy of mother nature and how much preccip hits us & where.

    Lake City looks to be down about two feet from a week ago. The public landing just above Lake City was open on Monday. Roschen Park may have un-plugged any baracades by now, but there will not be a dock. There was no dock on the public launch site Monday either.
