Pool 5 Alma landing below lock at power plant

    On Sunday 23 Feb the landing was still locked in with ice.
    One boat was out fishing by the lock, not sure where they put in, but didn’t appear to be a shelf ice pusher based on the size of boat.

    Nobody saws that ramp open? Sure looks nice out on the water.

    I believe the city workers over there saw it open sometimes. Most of the boats out now are putting in down river and running up the Pool. It sounds like fishing has been slow as of late.
