Does lake Pepin Flow to the north? I was out there today and got blown everywhere but down the river.
I did see lots of debri in the water. I was in a 16 ft boat with a 15 Hp motor and didn’t get a bite all day.

it flows south sometimes the wind will create current on the surface and it will flow south under the surface current.. a small boat like that will be blown around quite a bit
I bet it was flowing whichever way that absurd wind was blowing yesterday. You are a brave soul to try fishing in that hurricane!
