Fished for about 4 hours Sunday morning out of Red Wing. Was hoping for better than the previous Sunday but it was even worse. Tried cranks and live bait. One small bass. Water clarity is still poor. About 68 degree temp on my gauge. Sounds like the fellas on Pool 2 had about the same luck.

There were reports of the sturgeon folks catching eyes and saugers near the dam on crawlers. They were small but this was the first report I’ve heard they were catching them. Two, three crawlers on a hook.

Spot on for a temp and water clarity is the same as last weekend @ 26 cm.

I didn’t seem to have a hard time finding the walleye on Sunday on pool 4, picked up 4 15.25-17″ in 2 hours, pulling cranks,I was on the upper end of the pool tho !

Over the last two days the bite is picking up slowly….however…

There’s a TON of walleye sauger in the dam area and not just in the deep water. Don’t ask how I know… shock

Now just figuring out how to make them bite. coffee

If they don’t know that’s all they need to know is they’re all up at the dam area.
