Nine teams competed for the top 3 spots and their names on “The Wood”! Here is a video of the the awards and a few pics.

Huge thanks to B-Fish-N tackle and Chris Tuckner from Reds Savoy pizza’s new Woodbury shop! B-Fishing supplied the control items for the fish pics and Red’s Savoy sent over a few pizza pies at weigh in. Man was that a treat!! The pot luck was awesome as always.

Top 3 teams please post your top 5 fish here. All other team please post up your best catch. There were a lot of nice fish caught today.

Congrats to team Justin Jones, Devin Danaho and Kevin Potter on their win. They crushed the tourney record with an impressive 5 fish 129.75 inch bag! Also taking the big fish pot with a 28 inch pool 2 piggy!

Thanks again Mike for putting this tourney together. Looking forward to next year!

Team Kendall, Marty, and Matt with 119.75″ for 3rd place.

It was a great tournament; especially the food and socializing after the contest.

Special Thanks to Mike W and Jon J for all their efforts putting on the contest. Also, thanks for the delicious Red Savoy Pizza donated by Chris T.

We started the day with a nice 26″ on the first cast. From there lost one fish after another including a couple more heavy ones. Fun day to fish. Love getting out in the high water.

Want to thank everyone that came out to fish yesterday. Always fun to share the river and hang out with some fantastic river sticks. Pizzas Also Thank you to Red Savoy Pizza Woodbury for some great pizzas after the contest. BfishN Tackle for sponsoring our control items again this year. Also Clam and TUCR for prize donations.

No idea why that one photo showed up three times. Sure wish three of them would of showed up yesterday for us.

Here are some photos from the winning team of Devin Donaho, Justin Jones and Kevin Potter. 129.75″s for five fish. Got a feeling that number may stand for a number of years. Devin mentioned pitching Rippin Raps was the lure of choice.

Second Place – Team Engelmeyer (Phil, Laura, and Drew)

Thanks again for organizing this Mike. Also, a big thank you goes out to all the sponsors.

It was a gorgeous fall day on the river. There really wasn’t a ton of debris floating around, and the clarity was much better than expected. With the high water came the big fish! Each person in our boat contributed a fish 25 inches or bigger.

We got our fish drop shotting plastics and throwing\trolling cranks. As it turns out – spring high water spots also hold fish in the fall. Hopefully, the water comes down and we can have some kind of night fall bite.

    -Drew

Nice results gentlemen! Just thought I would point out that 2nd and 3rd place both have totals equaling 119.75 which would indicate a tie but I assume the winner goes to the larger fish which in this case holds up as the 2nd place team had it.
