The date for this years contest is Saturday Oct. 4th. Entry fee will be $25 per person this year. 2 or 3 person teams. CPR 5 longest walleyes/saugers. Lions Levee in St Paul Park. Everything else should run the same. Ill post more info as it gets closer to the date. Just wanted to get this out there for those to plan ahead.

Look at that photo and think in two month that can be normal attire. Think it was pushing low 40s for a high that day. Just at freezing at take off.
Should be another fun Tourney this yr.

Sure dont Brian. We have always invited those that dont want to fish the contest to join us fishing for the day or show up in the afternoon for the potluck.

You a newbie to pool 2? I am, and thought it would be fun to get a pool 2 rookie boat going, I’ll have an open seat maybe 2 but will post it when comes closer. Very excited for it, bring on the cool fall fishing!
We do sign up the morning of the contest at lions levee.

I’ve never fished it either Nick. Sounds good to me! Maybe get together the weekend prior and fish it and get acclimated.

Getting closer all the time. Couple of slight changes and additions this year but other wise everything else should run about the same as the last few years. Just trying to finalize some things right now and should have the rules and info for this years contest up Sunday evening or Monday.
My best bud decided to have his bachelor party that day now, won’t be making it unfortunately this year. Good look to all!
