I love the fruit, just hate getting the seeds out of the husks. I just did a couple and have the seeds in a bowl on the kitchen counter top so we can grab a few whenever we pass by.

Last year I started putting a fruit’s worth of seeds in a batch of cranberry/orange relish and that really livened it up.

I put a generous mess of the seeds on a bowl of oatmeal too and also add them to cold cereal.

Its a handy, versatile fruit once a guy gets the seeds from the husk, but the time doing so is well spent. Anyone else enjoy them?

I love them, but we don’t get them too often. I believe they’re one of those that have been referred to as a “Superfood” because of how many benefits you can get from eating them.

Are you scooping them into a bowl of water when you clean them? The seeds will sink and the white pithy stuff floats so you can separate everything.
