Hey everyone, this coming year I’ve decided to branch out and try some Polk and st croix county instead of the driftless this year. It’s much closer to home and I have family living around the area. I’ve been looking at the Apple river (obviously) below little falls and below star prairie where some springs dump in. But I’ve been doing a little research and want to explore the really small stuff that feeds into the Apple and some of the creeks that feed into the croix. I’m going out no matter what and I have about 6-7 separate creeks I have in mind but I was just wondering if anyone had any input into things to look out for or any tips. Bringing the 3 and 4 weights out come January 1st!
