Tonight was my first time making pork chops! They turned out great and not too dry. I made them on the George Foreman grill, and I tried hard to make sure to follow your guys’ suggestion to not overcook them or else they’ll end up dry. And I did well! I added some lemon pepper and cayenne pepper for seasonings. Complete with cheesy rice and broccoli. 😋

Looks delicious…I have about 20 chips from the half pig I got so I’ll be trying a lot of recipes this summer.

I do this a lot. Brown in pan. Salt or Cookies or whatever on them. Get a little color. Then in the oven @ 350. 20=/- min for thinck ones and down to maybe 10 for thinner. Rest them for 5 minutes. The best is white meat and pink juice. Works great for chicken too. I can now make a chicken breast that is not painful to eat. After they rest, dice them up and spice them then. That way you can get as much seasoning as you want to stick for like a salad when you want some heavy flavor to it. Luck.
