Brian have a good time! Wild games are awesome, I wish I got to more myself. The arena is awesome itself and it’s overall a great atmosphere.

Great Waters Brewery is right next to Wild Tymes. That gives you option #2.

Bennetts has great food. It’s far away but they offer a shuttle to the games and it’s easy to find parking for your car

Grand 7. Maybe 6 blocks South on West 7th. Never too busy and they offer a shuttle. Free street parking East of the restaurant also…

wait…you guys all know about Alary’s right? ALARY’s! The problem there is you won’t want to leave. But if you do choose to go to the game, they offer free shuttle service to the games.

    Been a while?

Plus, the servers I saw there I would have prefered them to cover up a little.

I went to the Handsome Hog last week, VERY good.

Avoid Wild Tymes, other good options. Liffey, New Bohemia, new Herbies is good, Mickeys Diner. One of my favorite places if you just like good and no frills is Raum Mit, excellent Thai. Some people like Keys. Black Sheep pizza is fine and you can have their food brought to Tin Whiskers Brewing and have the best of both worlds.

If you want something specific, let me know. There are lots of options.

I forgot Rival House in the Double Tree. Good food, lots of beer choices and decent happy hour deals. I park below it and although its a few blocks from the Xcel, walking an extra block or two on a 50 degree evening and avoiding crowds is totally worth it to me.

Eagle street grille, but get there early. The food is awesome, drinks tasty, but it fills up quick. Right across the street from excel center

We always hit Tom Reid’s, the wife loves their puck dogs. We’ve always had really great waitresses there too.

Ruam Mit likely has the best pad thai in the state. Handsome hog is good but not close to Xcel. If you’re looking for fancy food options Meritage and Mancini’s are both great.

you’ve got to be joking right?

About the women? Meh. I have the internet. Then again, ask me again when I am drinking at an establishment like this. I’ll be very distracted.

Tom Reid’s or Eagle Street Grille..

For fancy food I recommend The Strip Club Meat and Fish, it is on the corner of 6th St E and Maria Ave. http://www.domeats.com/

Saint Dinette in the Saint Paul Hotel is always excellent. http://saintdinette.com/

We like to hit Degidio’s. It is a bit of a walk, maybe 8 – 10 blocks but the food is good. The Old Fashion Hot Dago with a Peroni to wash it down is awesome.

Well by now you would have already gone to the places that everyone has said you should go.
Just in case you ever want to go to a “Place to eat Wild Game”…the Butcher and the Boar. Yes, wild game…not Wild Game! wink

Cossettas was the place you wanted to eat at. Love that place.
Was a good comeback, just couldn’t stop the ovechkin/Oshie show
