Speaking of Alexandria and food…. We used to hit up a China Buffet there… it was very well stocked with lots of variety and always fresh. Not sure if it will survive Covid or not… most buffets were shuttered.

I have a few friends and even a great friend in the pizza business.

pizza places in metropolitan areas with a ton of foot traffic should definitely adopt some sort of business model that provides walk by patrons with a quick lunch option. and most do.

ny pizza places sell by the slice because of the foot traffic. I would argue that most places outside of downtown areas have very little foot traffic. the outlier is like gas stations.

Up by Alexandria, (attn DT and Joe Scegura and others) The Pilot truck stop just NW of town on I94 has giant slices of pizza up front. I gotta hit that place if I’m near by. Spoiled my supper more than once.

We order whole pizzas from them at work. Very good. waytogo
