My kids have had them on their ultralights all summer. Haven’t had any trouble with them. Both kids like them.

I have a bait caster on a bass rod and it seems pretty decent for the cost.

Good reels for the price point imo. I bought two of the IceX reels at the beginning of last ice season and hung them on my TUCR’s. Not a problem with them at all. Other than they are made in China. They even come with a extra carbon fiber washer

Tom Boley a guide a who works the Chippewa Flowage area and runs a lot of content on You Tube runs them on his winter rigs. Has nothing but good things to say about them.

Yea I’ve watched his videos and he talks about them. I believe he is sponsored by them so he’s probably kind of biased towards them. Figured some people on here would have some good info toast

Look at the pic of the bearings on the web site (like the 5th pic), they have 5 but 2 are in the handle, none on the front side of the reel or the line bearing. Kinda makes you wonder.

I also have the Piscifun line spooler. Makes spooling easy and no line twist. I kind of bought it on a whim but it works great. I have people borrowing it all the time.

I have 1 baitcasting reel that I had bought just to try out, and I hate it. Very low quality feel like crap and I got what I paid for. But I had to try it out because the reviews were good. I put a review on it online and then was blocked and deleted on the web and fb page. Sounds like that is a common thing

I have a couple of them and have been happy. I really like the handle collapse on the ice rods for storage lot simpler than other rods I have seen. Drags seem consistent and have not had any issues with them in the cold.

Well, I just tried ordering 4 of them. when I went to pay for Them I was redirected to there payment system and my bank declined the transaction due to being a overseas transaction and fraud prevention. I received a text warning me and talked to my banks fraud center and made sure it didn’t go through. Guess I’ll be finding some other reels coffee
