Didn’t want to high jack the Jet Boil thread.
Does anyone know of a compact style fryer, like a turkey burner, but smaller?
Everything I’ve seen is cast iron and super heavy, or just normal sized.
Looking for something like this, but smaller to run off a 5 pounder.
Say 10″x10″ or 12″x12″? The one pictured is 16″x16″

I’d say at least 50,000? Want to be able to get a dutch oven of oil up to temp in the wind.
Doesn’t need a tall base, looking for something compact for camping/fishing trips.
My regular turkey fryer works fine, but it takes up a lot of real estate in the truck bed and boat.
I like this one, it’s relatively compact but on the heavy side. (15 pound shipping weight)

I use one of these. Powerful, compact when you unscrew the bolt that holds the legs on and flip them over.
