Using fresh peeled and cut up pineapple, chop with a food chopper and measure off 3/4 cup. Do the same with fresh peache, tomato and red onion again measuring 3/4 cup of each. Mix together in a bowl and add 1/2 to 1 tsp of chili powder along with seasoned salt to taste, then add honey until you get to your sweet liking. Then add any hot pepper, well chopped, to get it to your heat liking. Serve ice cold.
