Need a durable one piece spinning 8 foot rod that can throw up to 1.5 ounce lures. Under 250 bucks and the guide in the tip needs to stay in.

What do you mean “stay in”?

Did a quick search on st. Croix and they make a musky spinning rod that might fit the bill. pms80hf for $200

Found out I liked Croix rods and have added a few for pike fishing.

    All Premier series
6’6″ mhf in spinning for over 10 years. (won’t do 1.5oz)
6’6″ mhf in casting for about 5, love it as an all arounder
6’10” mf but part of the musky line up. Added this last fall for pulling bucktails around 1.5oz-2oz. Definitely a niche rod but really, really like it. Taking a hunch that spinning musky rod will be somewhat similar

So far I haven’t seen this on my three listed above. They get 2 week long trips a year.
