Looking for some additional spots on Kabatogama & Namakin to fish for Pike. 90% trolling, no live baiting.

If anybody is willing to share a spot or three grin and the best time of year to try the spots I would appriciate it.

Please send them via PM, I will keep them secret. toast

Thanks in advance for anybody willing to help. applause

Don’t have any good spots, but have you noticed any change in average size the last few years? The last two springs I’ve not caught a single one that broke 30″ and not many to break even 25″, first three years seemed like all we caught were 25+, probably not but def. more ‘good fish’. First two trips were late thaw (’13 and ’14), may have some to do with it. Not really specifically targetimg them either though, we fimd most of them looking for smallmouth on rocks.

There are still big Pike around. However you have some guys that spear the Tom Cod area. Seems limits and size doesn’t come into play with all of them.
