Pickeral in Park Rapids

    Not sure if this is the right forum-Might go to Pikeral-will stay at the Hoot Owl Resort-Pickeral does not have a lake report so was wondering if someone has fished it. We might check out another lake-any suggestions?

    Way back in my younger day we had a friend of the family with a cabin on it. Very pretty lake mostly smaller pike and panfish. Several good lakes in the arena do a quick Google maps search for lakes in the area and then dnr lakefinder for your surveys.

    Just talked with the DNR dude up there he was very helpful-lots of nice lakes up there that receive little pressure-pickeral does have a report but their are TWO spellings for the lake. Anyone reading this be careful when you spell a lake on lakefinder, get one thing wrong and you get nothing-they are not Google. (they of course do not have Google money either)
