They all sound good! Especially the horseradish varieties!

I love horseradish cheeses as well. The cheese and radish compliment each other nicely.

Love aged cheddar from Carr Valley cheese. 8 year is my preference as the older chedder’s get a bit of a bitter taste and fall apart but they have there place also. Carr Valley wins many awards for cheese. Check them out….

The last time Ma and I went to New Glarus we hit the cheese shop hard. We came home with that Cranberry Cheddar and it is a great cheese. Some smoked Swiss stuck to my fingers too along with a cheddar that was an 8 year cheese. Of course the beer came home with us too.

We were just talking about a three, maybe four day excursion back there this summer. New Glarus is a real beautiful part of Wisconsin to visit.
