I need to come to this side of the site more often! Maybe some of you guys could show me how to shoot. Or sell me a left handed shotgun! Got to shoot at Wild Wings of Oneka last weekend. Wish I could afford a membership there. It was an awesome hunt.

Good call! Way too long between seasons.

It must be the wide angle of your Gopro lens. It looks like you’re shooting those birds at about 100 yards.

    Nice video.

I bet half the wild population around that area is from misses on the game farm! If you are a member there you can even hunt the land without purchasing birds and just go after misses and birds that weren’t flushed by groups out there.

I know there are some birds from our day that are still running around out there.

I’m a lefty, the one thing I would suggest is to see if your stock is cast for a right handed shot. Easiest way to do this is turn the gun upside down with the barrel pointed towards you (insert please quadruple check the gun is not loaded here). Does the stock run straight in line with the barrel or does it angle away? Many guns are straight but if you are trying to shoot a gun cast for a right handed shot as a lefty, good luck. Sporting clays is one of the most humbling but fun thing to do to improve your shot.
