Exactly what Bucky said. I’ll be out there quite a bit until ice out. Unfortunately, with how easy they are to exploit, most folks don’t like talking about a good bite down here. Your best bet is to find the potential areas that hold fish and scout, scout, scout. A good bite one day could completely shut off the next. Also be very careful of current areas, as they are ALWAYS the first to melt and are not always the easiest to spot. With as much snow as the metro area has gotten and how warm it’s projected to be, current areas are even more of a concern from the snow melt upstream.
