The water temps took about an 8-10 degree hit with all this high water over the last week and a half. I’d expect fishing to be marginal at best (especially trolling). Unless you literally drop a crank or bottom bouncer on top of the fish, I doubt they will be in much of a chasing mood.

The following week looks to be the better bet after 5-6 days of consistent sun, slowly dropping water levels, and rising water temperatures.

If you do go out, use extreme caution. There will be more debris in the water than the earlier Spring crest as this go round it is an additional 1.5′ higher (and now into flood stage). Be sure to share a report – good luck

I was out on Monday after work. Started in the head of the lake and worked down. Found a few eaters around Hok-Si-La and Hanson’s Harbor. Even with the water coming up you should be able to find some fish along the usual shorelines and drop-offs.
There was a lot of debris so be careful. Clarity was not great but better than I expected after all the rain.

Was out on Tuesday. Lots of debris but still found fish. Nothing huge, but good eaters. 12-14 feet of water
