    Yes, go to your nearest Sam’s club, they sell them at a very good price, and are pretty tasty in my book.

    Pecan Pie is a hard one to make at home based on my experiments …..

    Just had 1 and it was dang good.
    Big too. Can’t beat the price. $10 bucks I think.
    Can’t even buy the ingredients for that price.

    Francis makes pecan pie all the time. I think he uses the receipe off the Karo Syrup bottle. He prefers the light syrup vs. the dark syrup.

    I took a stab at the Alton Brown recipe today except that I subbed in a premade crust. It seems empty, though I used a 9.5″ pie dish, as called for. Regardless, it looks tasty, and I am excited for dessert!
