    Plastic straws or plastic soda / water bottles. We all see them everywhere. I would have no problem doing away with plastic bottles. Think Cocoa Cola, Pepsi or the milk companies would get on-board?

    There’s some kind of irony here where the first group to complain about trash in their favorite fishing spot won’t support efforts to reduce it.

    Think Cocoa Cola, Pepsi or the milk companies would get on-board?

    No major corporation would get on board if it means raising prices.

    Worked for the automakers. Why not model it after the automotive industry regulations? Make a goal to reach xxx by 20xx or get fined. It allows the manufacturers to develop their own strategies to comply and remain competitive.
