    Never got around to sharing these photos till now if you ever get a chance to fish this lake do it best fishing trip I’ve had we originly planed on fishing Pre spawn walleyes and cold front shut them down so plan B went into affect Crappies which we planed on fishing any way boat was set up with spider rigs did a lot of searching to find fish but when u find crappies there stacked fished live Bait rigs 3 rods each start our drifts in a bay in 13 fow and drift down to 22 fow perch were all over mixed in with crappies and caught gills bass and whites bass along with Kentucky bass which are a fierce little fish the Perch we caught were Jumbos 2 biggest Perch were 2.32 and 2.34 and 13.5 and 14 inches biggest crappie was 15.5 this was my first trip south and always wanted to fish this lake the crappies are slabs down here and hard mouths.unlike most of crappies I’ve fished in Iowa the memories of this trip will last forever the 5 day trip turned into a 10 day trip

    We were there last week of febuary and came back march 8th last year had to cancel our trip this year buddy had a baby and bought a new house so April 1 headed to Lake Grenada Mississipppi last nite looked at Missouri records and relized we broke state record ring perch 2 times the current record is 1.91 lbs and here is picture

    I just love Bull Shoals and usually fish out of Theodosia, Mo. What part of the lake were you fishing? we fish a lot around Point 13 and Cow Pen

    Learn something new every day. I had no idea they had a perch fishery like that down there. Do they receive little pressure? Are they as sought after as they are up here?
