    …just tell me IF the crappies are biting in the west metro area? My Dad turns 70 ( ) on Wednesday and I think the perfect gift would be a crappie trip! Are they biting???

    I think you should have a great day. Find some shallow back waters and the fish should be loaded up really good. They were on fire a week ago
    Have fun with your Dad, that sounds like a great way to spend his B-Day.
