What does everybody do to fill the livewell with early season white bass? My #1 producer is jig and berkley power grub…

Great White BFT paddletail. I have yet to find a better bait.

We had good luck with a firecracker ringworm this past weekend fishing for walleye.

grubs, ringies hair, blades, raps, minnows, crawlers were all effective for me this weekend. When they are on the feed I don’t think they are too picky this time of year.

Planer boards w/ Walleye Divers in the middle of Big Stone Lake… obviously not looking for them, but they were biting on it!

JIg and minnow works good. You will go threw a lot f minnows. Tonight a floating rap worked well. It was fun to watch them take it off the sure face. Small silver spoons work well also. They cast a long distance and can be retrieved just under the surface. When the whites are surface feeding just about anything that looks like a minnow fished on the surface should get smacked.

Jigging for them when they are on the bottom with a white bucktail with a red jig head. Its just like jigging for walleyes but you get a much better fight.

    Thanks, Bill

I just make them think I’m trying to catch walleye… they absolutely impale themselves on my hook!
