    What is the best way to find and catch crappies. Please share your successful techniques. Thanks

    Make sure you have a 10 inch auger.
    Then, stick your head in the hole, and yell
    Heeeerrrre Crappie Crappie Crapppppppie!!!!!!!!

    9″ auger works too, but you may have to wiggle your head around to get it back out.
