Here’s a sample of the shad baits I play around with showing the smallest of the clan to the largest. A couple of the mid sized baits are not included, but the one size you’ve seen here on occasion is at the upper right in the picture with all of them shown.

The smallest measures a handy 1.2″ while that big galloot tapes up at just about 3 3/4″. I have a date with some pool 5 walleyes this week to see if they like that big guy. A report will come later this week. The smaller ones have an appointment with crappies this week as well.

Its actually an ice design. At first glance that trianglar tail seems a bit stiff, but it moves pretty well. The real strong point to the tail is how much light gets reflected off it. The mold surfaces in the tail section are like glass and that shows up on the finish of the plastic.

This one sports a glow purple belly section that when charged and along side the red eyes looks right out of hell evil. I’m loving this one.

I added these to the box today.

The bellies on these glow the same color as the backs.

Along with 4 solid colors, these should make up a nice sampler for the river this fall.

The bait in the middle of the picture is super realistic in the hand.

Man, these guys chew up a lot of plastic.

Here are some more of the smaller baits.

These are fun to work with even though they are a bit though on the eyes. The smelt colored bait is a very natural looking bait.
