Anyone have any current Info. they care to share on panfish action in the South Metro area? Was going to take the family camping at Mille lacs but the weather forecast does not look the best. Decided to stay home and get out here locally. I know I can always fish Prior, but would like to find someplace with a little less Boat traffic.

I did some research for ice fishing lakes next winter in the west metro. I can help you cut down some research thumper if you want to know. You just have to promise a report in a PM.

I have 3 lakes targeted and on the slate for next winter.

You spelled it right, but we say ‘Fraunch’ back in Paris. (pronounced ‘Payree’). Kind of like Fraunch Toast and Fraunch Fries!
