little help please

    I want to go out and try for some gills or crappis through the ice but am not familiar with the backwaters. Could someone direct me to a spot worth trying around the wabasha area or kellogg? Post or pm thanks

    Try the wabasha marina area, I heard a bit ago they were getting some there.

    lots of guys fish the “dike road” inbetween wabasha and nelson,wi. Never tried it myself though.

    West Newton by Kellogg the Dike ride road between Wabasha and Nelson. I also used to fish south of Alma and do quite well on the crappies. Big pike and crappies in the marina in wabasha but it is a bit early for that it is more of a late ice bite there.
