Find sunker timber at the base of deeper riprap and it’s “game on!” Little jigs with bait can be good. Small plastics and bucktails with or without bait can also put fish in the boat.

Tues I was marking suspended fish and caught a crappie inadvertently on a line that wasnt on the bottom where it was suppose to be. The fish were suspended off a small point across from lake city on the wisconsin side. If you check a few areas with your locator you should be able to find them suspended. Good luck

I have great success casting jigs into the rip rap near Maiden Rock. Caught a nice fish fry of 12+ inchers last week and my brother tossed the basket in without tying it to the side of the boat. We were able to get back on them and get another dinner. It can be a go to spot when the other fish won’t cooperate.
