panfishing for me on the river has been incredibly slow lately, not been catching much if anything. Friends of mine went to lynxville the other day at a usually hot crappie/bluegill spot and got skunked. The only luck i’ve been having for panfish is at Governor Dodge state park. we’ve been catching fair sized and amounts of fish for a “stunted” population. Also i have read the latest issue of in-fisherman and i saw the article about “tail-gunning” for panfish. its worked pretty well for me and i wanted to know anybody and everybody’s opinion on it.
