Since it’s been slow on the ol’ panfish forum lately I thought I’d post something you might find entertaining. Yesterday I was on a lake doing some late ice crappie fishing and saw something I had never seen before. A fishergal was pulling a small sunnie up the hole only to have it pursued by a pike. Well, the pike came right up out of the hole and onto the ice in pursuit of a meal–wasn’t even hooked!! I have seen pike grab onto a hooked bluegill before but never come out of the water. Amazing.
something new
