When will mud lake frezze over

my paps has been naging me to drive with him to see if mudd froze over if any one out there knows reply please!

Now how many mud lakes do you know of ? I’ll bet several

And I’ll bet more respond’s will come if you could narrow the location down.

There is a mud slough (sometimes called mud lake) off of Ambrough Road outside of Prairie du Chien. And I do believe I’ve heard of some people catching fish there too. But beware of the current of Ambrough Slough, with the warming temps the creek called Mill Coulee Creek will dump warm water down into it and thin the ice up in a hurry.
