Any body doing any good for gills or crappies,even stripers on pool 13? Were going on Saturday, for gills crappies and hopefully an occasional eye or 2.I will post on how we did,anybody have any usefull information on what has been working and what type of areas you have been targeting, like running sloughs,backwaters with an outlet but no inlet,back side of wingdams,any help would be appreciated. Rick, I’ve heard several reports of decent blue gills coming from wing dams on 14. Not heard much at all about pool 13 lately, but I am sure it would be similar.

Not much luck last week. Didn’t boat a crappie all day. Catfish were biting pretty well though. Dad landed a few channel cats in the 25″ range fishing dew worms on the bottom in the Sabula Slough. The gas station in Savanna didn’t have leeches so maybe that was part of our bad luck. I always seem to do well over there with leaches. Good luck! 
Looks like a cold front coming in on Sat. along with rain fishing buddy already chickening out.Probably cancel and see what happens next weekend.
